To begin an Expression of Interest for the Dudgeon Community Fund, please complete this brief form outlining your plans. Grants of up to £10,000 are available.

Please note that application for the Dudgeon Community Fund is a two stage process - if your Expression of Interest is successful you will be contacted and asked to complete a full application in order to fully assess your request and present to panel. Acceptance of an Expression of Interest is not a guarantee that your application will be successful.

As this is your first application to Norfolk Community Foundation, you will need to send us the documents below:
If you are a school/college, please provide:
  • A copy of a recent bank statement
  • A copy of your safeguarding policies/procedures
  • Copies of quotes, estimates or other evidence of costs (where the funding request includes capital costs or the purchase of training/external services)
If you are not a school/college, please provide:
  • A copy of your group's constitution or governing document
  • A copy of your most recent annual accounts (or current financial statement if your organisation has been operating for less than 1 year)
  • A copy of your equal opportunities policy/ statement
  • A copy of a recent (dated within the last three months) bank statement
  • A copy of your safeguarding policies/procedures
As you have applied to Norfolk Community Foundation before, you only need to provide copies of the below where a change has been made to them. For example: 

If you are a school/college and:
  • you are using a new bank account or we have not received a bank statement from you in the last 12 months

If you are not a school/college and:
  • your constitution has been updated
  • a new set of annual accounts has been produced
  • Your Safeguarding policy has been recently reviewed
  • you are using a new bank account or we have not received a bank statement from you in the last 12 months







If you prefer to send some or all of these documents separately by post or email, please ensure that all the information required is submitted to Norfolk Community Foundation quickly, and by the deadline for your chosen Fund - clearly stating the name of the organisation and the Fund you are applying for.  We will not be able to process incomplete applications.
